Terms of Service for DOCA
1. Acceptance
By using DOCA through the web UI, API, or integrations (including agent or MCP clients), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
DOCA generates documents from prompts, files, and tools (e.g. skills, data analysis, brand context). Outputs are produced automatically. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of generated content for your use case.
3. Your responsibilities
- You control what data agents send to DOCA.
- You must not use the service to process unlawful content or personal data without a valid legal basis and notices where required.
- You must not abuse the API (e.g. excessive automated load, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass limits).
- You must comply with third-party terms for any models, browsers, or data sources you connect.
4. Fees and plans
Paid features, usage limits, and billing cycles depend on the plan you purchase. Overages or suspension may apply if limits are exceeded. Refund rules follow the terms shown at checkout or your enterprise agreement.
5. Intellectual property
- Your content: You retain rights to inputs you provide and to outputs to the extent permitted by law, subject to licenses needed to run the service.
- DOCA: We retain rights to the platform, prompts, skills, layouts, and software used to deliver the service.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on generated documents. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes for paid customers may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Contact
For contractual or billing questions, use the contact method provided by your DOCA operator. This document is a template—customize governing law, venue, and entity name for production.
